This neat child friendly apartment is situated on the ground floor in a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront. With immaculate lawns and a fenced in pool it will give parents the chance to relax on the veranda while the kids play in a safe environment. Clark Bay swimming beach is directly in front of the complex and is protected by shark nets and lifeguards, and a tidal pool close by.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. There is a King bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, one with a bath and toilet, one with just a shower and one with a toilet. The main bedroom and lounge open through sliding doors onto a covered patio and the garden. The unit has ceiling fans throughout.

The apartment has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, and cutlery. There is a TV with DSTV in the lounge. The patio is comfortably furnished. This unit does have its own charcoal braai, but there are also two communal braais close by. There is also free wi-fi for your use and an electronic safe in the main bedroom.

This lovely unit has a big inverter to ensure you have a more comfortable stay during loadshedding which will operate all the lights, microwave, fridge, TV, and the other appliances except the stove (plates and oven) and the Geyser.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays and public holidays.

Linen is provided, but you need to bring your own bath towels, beach towels and dishcloths.
