This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment with entrances on two levels, is right on the beach in front of the well-known “Grannies’ Pool” kids swimming beach and has spectacular, full beach and breaker sea views. The complex is located on the 3km long promenade that is ideal for scenic strolls along the beach.

This unusual, good value-for-money unit comfortably sleeps 9 people.

There is a king-size bed in the upstairs main bedroom, which leads onto the balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and leads onto a small side balcony. This bedroom is also en- suite with a bath.

Downstairs boasts another 2 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom with a queen-size bed and the 4th with 3 single beds. These 2 rooms are serviced by a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The kitchen/dining room is equipped with fridge, chest freezer, wine fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher. There is enough crockery and cutlery for 9 people. The lounge has a TV and HP DSTV as well as un-capped Wi Fi The large, partially covered balcony has fantastic, uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean, is well furnished and has a charcoal braai. There is an inverter that will run the TV, DSTV , Wi Fi and one lamp for 4 hours and you could charge devices.

There are aircons in 3 of the bedroom except the kids room with the 3 single beds.

Covered parking is available for one vehicle as well as extra parking for guests. The complex has no lift but has a swimming pool with shallow-end partitioning ideal for kids.

A daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your own bath, kitchen and beach towels.
