This newly renovated three bedroom apartment is right on the beach with spectacular views. Situated next to the famous grannies pool where it is safe for children to swim.

There is a king size bed in the main bedroom, which is en suite with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and in third bedroom has a tri-bunk bed (a double bed with a single bunk). The second bathroom with a shower services these bedrooms. There are ceiling fans throughout with aircons in the bedrooms and the living room.

The spacious, open plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, extra chest freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as crockery and cutlery for 7 people.

There is a plasma TV and HP DSTV in the lounge. The unit is secured with an easy to operate alarm system. The large balcony has fantastic, uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean, and there is a braai on the furnished patio.

Covered parking is available for one vehicle, and there is extra parking for guests. There is a swimming pool in the complex, which is surrounded by an electric security wall/fence.

There is no lift in the complex.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
