This well furnished four bedroom duplex apartment is situated on Clarke Bay, a very popular swimming beach which is shark net protected, with life guards on duty. There is also a lovely tidal pool close by and a beautiful swimming pool in the complex.

The apartment has one bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds with a ceiling fan There is a bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed with an air conditioner and is en suite with a shower . The second sea facing bedroom has a double bed and is air conditioner and the fourth bedroom has two single beds with ceiling fans and a balcony facing inland to enjoy the afternoon sun. There is also another bathroom with a bath that service these two bedrooms.

The lower part of the unit has an open plan lounge with leather furniture / dining room with a 6 seater dinning room table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, bar-fridge microwave oven, ice maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, ample crockery, and cutlery to serve 8 people. There is a TV with HP DSTV in the lounge. The patio area leads directly onto the undercover patio where there is a brick build braai beach.

There is two code operated beach-gates close to the apartment. There is a single lockup garage next to the apartment where there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is ample open parking for visitors. The Simbalina complex has a communal swimming pool and is situated within walking distance of shop and restaurants. The complex is very secure with remote controlled gates.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own dish towels, bath towels & beach towels.
