The open plan dining room/lounge area has a six seater lounge suite and eight seater dining table, which provides ample space for entertaining. The lounge has TV with HP DSTV and leads onto the balcony where there is a Weber braai. The complex has a lovely pool area with a lawn and communal braai?s. The 5th floor is only one level above the parking area. Access to the complex is by remote controlled gates.
