Description

This second floor, three bedroom apartment is situated right on the main swimming beach of Ballito, at the back of the apartment block, overlooking the pool. The unit has partial sea views and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and is en-suite with a bath and shower that leads out onto the patio. The second has a double bed and third bedroom has two single beds. The guest bathroom has a bath and shower. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, as well as the lounge.

The apartment is equipped with a stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, crockery and cutlery to serve 6 people. The lounge with a TV and hotel package DSTV leads out onto the furnished patio with a braai.

There is undercover parking for one vehicle only. The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates. You will always want to come back to this apartment.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your own bath- & beach towels.
