Description

This three bedroom apartment is situated on the main swimming beach in Ballito. The unit has breaker sea views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.

The main bedroom with a king sized bed, leads out onto a spacious balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds. There are two separate bathrooms, one with basin, shower and toilet and the other with basin, bath and toilet. The entire unit is equipped with ceiling fans. Quality linen and furnishings throughout the unit ensure a comfortable stay. The comfortably furnished lounge and the dining room lead onto a furnished balcony, where a six seater aluminium patio dining table and gas braai makes entertaining a breeze. There is a plasma TV and DVD player in the lounge as well as a HP DSTV.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, bar fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is also another dining table with 4 wicker chairs next to the master bedroom on the balcony as well as two sun loungers. The complex has a lovely pool area with a lawn and communal braais.

Undercover parking is available for 1 vehicle and there is an extra open parking for guests. Access to the complex is by remote controlled gates.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your own kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
