This 3-bedroom unit is situated directly on Grannies Pool, with uninterrupted views of the ocean and beach from the spacious patio. The unit is on the 1st floor of the complex and from the parking it takes you level into the unit.

There is a queen size bed in the main bedroom which is en-suite with a bath and hand shower in the bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and third bedroom has two single beds. The guest bathroom has a toilet and a basin. The Third bathroom has a shower and a basin only. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There is a top loader washing machine and tumble dryer in the guest bathroom. The large open plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery for 6 people as well as a dishwasher. There is a smart TV and HP DSTV and uncapped WiFi in the lounge. There is a stainless-steel charcoal braai on the furnished patio. There is covered parking for one vehicle, as well as an extra parking for guests. The complex also has a lovely kids friendly swimming pool.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own bath & beach towels.
