This ground floor (lower ground level entrance), three bedroom apartment is situated right on the main swimming beach of Ballito.

The unit has breaker sea views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.

The main bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom, leads out onto a patio. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third has two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, as well as the lounge. A lock up safe is available for your use.

The apartment is equipped with a stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, crockery and cutlery to serve 6 people. The lounge has a TV and HP DSTV, and leads onto a furnished patio with a braai. The unit is secured with trellidor gates at the front and back of the unit. This unit has Wifi for your use.?There is undercover parking for one vehicle only.

The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates. ?You will always want to come back to this apartment.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your own kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
