Description

This beautifully furnished, three-bedroom apartment is situated right on the main beach of Ballito. The unit has sea views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.

The main bedroom with queen size bed and a beautiful open plan en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower, double basin and toilet, leads out onto the balcony. The second bedroom got a double and third bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a modern shower, basin and toilet. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned and with ceiling fans.

The stunning open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan and iron. The lounge with a smart TV and un-capped WiFi, also leads out onto the comfortable furnished balcony with a weber braai. The dining room table seats six, crockery and cutlery is provided. There is a ceiling fan in the lounge.

There is garage for one vehicle only. The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates. You will always want to come back to this apartment.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your own kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
