Description

This lovely duplex apartment is situated right on the beach and has beautiful sea views. It is situated close to Clarke Bay which is a popular swimming beach with shark nets and on duty lifeguards.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom offers great sea views and has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and in the third bedroom there are four single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet on ground floor and one with a bath and separate toilet upstairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery to serve 8 people. There is a TV with HP DSTV in the lounge. There is an under-cover built in braai on the patio. The unit is secured with burglar-proofing.

The La Mer block is situated within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores.  There is a lockup garage next to the apartment as well as extra open parking for visitors. The complex is secured with remote controlled access gate.  

A daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels, bath- & beach towels.
