Description

This 1st floor apartment has a parking level and close to the entrance door. The complex is situated right on the main swimming beach of Ballito. The unit has beach and breaker views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores.  It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls. 

The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and is en-suite with a bath and shower and leads out onto the patio. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.  The unit has ceiling fans throughout, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned. A second bathroom with a shower service these bedrooms.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery and Air-fryer to serve 8 people. The lounge with TV and HP DSTV, also leads out onto the well-furnished patio with a Stainless steel braai.

There is undercover parking for one vehicle only. The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates. You will always want to come back to this apartment.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

For weekend bookings there will be no floor services on the Saturday.

Linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided, please bring own beach towels.
