This neat child friendly apartment is situated on the ground floor in a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront. The Clarke Bay swimming beach is directly in front of the complex and is protected by shark nets and lifeguards, with a tidal pool close by. With immaculate lawns and a fenced in pool it will give parents the chance to relax on the veranda while the kids play in a safe environment. Although there?s no braai on the patio, the communal braai is right in front of your unit where you can use charcoal or wood.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom, the second bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has a double and a single bed. The en-suite bathroom and the second bathroom have baths and showers, with a separate guest toilet. The main bedroom and lounge open through sliding doors onto a covered patio and the garden.

The modern, open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, crockery, and cutlery, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave double door fridge, stove & oven and a dishwasher.

Although all the bedrooms have air conditioning there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms as well as in the dining room and lounge. There is a 40inch plasma TV with full DSTV, with uncapped fibre as well.

This lovely unit has a big inverter to ensure you have a more comfortable stay during loadshedding which will operate all the lights, microwave, fridge, TV and the other appliances except the stove (plates and oven), air conditioners in the second and third bedrooms and the geyser.

The complex is secured with remote controlled gates, and there is a lock up garage available for your use. The Sandpiper Bay complex is within minutes walk of a shops, restaurants, and pubs.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own dish towels, bath towels & beach towels.
