Description

This ground floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is situated in a prime spot on the main Willard swimming beach of Ballito, with an exclusive use of the front garden with a concrete table and seats. The patio has an aluminium table and chairs and stainless-steel braai. The unit has beach and breaker views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores.  The complex is at the northern end of a 3km long promenade, perfect for scenic strolls. 

The main bedroom which also leads out to the patio, has a queen size bed and is en-suite with bath and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower. There is air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms. There is also ceiling fans in the lounge and dining-room. The unit has a small lock up safe available for your use.

The apartment is equipped with a stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, crockery, and cutlery to serve 6 people.  The lounge has a 50” smart TV with HP DSTV, which is extended to the main bedroom’s smart TV.  There is un-capped 50Mb/sec WIFI for your use. The unit is secured with trellis-doors and burglar proofing.

There is a 5Kw inverter and 100Ah lithium battery to supply other essential loads like all lights, ceiling fans, the fridge/freezer, in addition to being able to use one high power consumption item at a time, such as the microwave, kettle, hair dryer, washing machine or tumble dryer during load shedding.

There is undercover parking for one vehicle only. The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access. You will always want to come back to this apartment.

A daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. For weekend bookings there will be no floor services on the Saturday. Linen will be provided, please bring your own bath, beach, and kitchen-towels.
