Situated on the beach, this air conditioned apartment boasts spectacular sea and beach views. It is conveniently located on the well known Ballito Promenade with only a security gate separating its visitors from having fun on some of Ballito’s most popular beaches.

The apartment has three bedrooms all air-conditioned, sleeping up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed as well as en suite bathroom with a shower in the bath. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower and a bath.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. The tastefully furnished lounge/dining room area has a Plasma TV and HP DSTV. The main bedroom and lounge/dining room area open on to the furnished, spacious patio with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The patio also has a built in braai.

There is an allocated lock up garage for your use, as well as one reserved open parking. There is a swimming pool in the complex.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
