This self catering 11th floor apartment with magnificent sea views could not be better situated being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores, and is a walk across the road away from Ballito’s main swimming beach. 

The apartment sleeps 4 people in one double bed and a bunk. There are ceiling fans in the main bedroom and lounge. There is one bathroom with a bath. 

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and cutlery & crockery to serve 4 people. There is a built in counter that doubles up as a dining room table with 5 chairs. The lounge has a TV, but please brings your own DSTV decoder and smart card with cables and remote as there is no TV reception without a decoder and smart card.

There is a marked basement parking for one vehicle.  The complex has two swimming pools, one for toddlers. There is also a big lawn for the children to play when you are not on the beach and more than enough braai facilities. The complex is secured with remote control accessed gates.

Regret, no daily service. Linen will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
