This luxury 3 bedroom modern apartment is situated on Ballito's beach front, with sea views from 2 bedrooms, lounge and balcony. 

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, en suite bathroom and a sliding door that opens up onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom has two children’s single beds. There are two modern bathrooms (one en suite) one with a shower and the other with a bath.  There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living area.  There is a small safe in the bedroom cupboard for your valuables.

This unit has a modern open plan kitchen equipped with stove, washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle and crockery and cutlery.  The dining room comfortably seats 6 people.  In the comfortably furnished lounge there is a TV and HP DSTV and Wifi which leads out onto the balcony.  Steel security gates at both sliding doors, enabling you to listen to the sea and waves during the night with the sliding doors open. 

There is undercover parking for 1 vehicle in this secure complex, as well as open parking for visitors and trailers.  There are communal braai facilities available at the swimming pool.  Although this is a ground floor apartment, it is a first floor apartment from the front of the complex, with the swimming pool, beach access and your parking on the same floor and close by.  This unit is accessible for wheel chairs.  

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.
