This 1st floor unit is situated in a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront, with stunning panorama breaker sea views. The complex has direct access to the promenade and Clarke Bay swimming beach. There are lifeguards on duty, as well as a tidal pool close by.

The apartment has modern finishes and three lovely bedrooms. The main bedroom with queen bed is en-suite with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two single beds. The second bathroom has a bath.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a combination washing machine/tumble dryer, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and kettle. The kitchen/dining/lounge area has a powerful air conditioner as well as ceiling fans, the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The dining room seats 6 people, and the lounge is comfortably furnished with a large TV and HD DSTV and free uncapped Wi-Fi. There is a small inverter that runs the TV and wifi during loadshedding. These areas lead out onto a vast balcony with lots of seating and lounging areas, a large umbrella and gas Weber braai.

Driftwood complex is situated within walking distance of our “Ballito Village” which is flourishing with new restaurants, a renovated Spar and Tops @ Spar, pharmacy, and health shop. There is a tennis court and swimming pool and a communal braai area in this secure complex. An automated lock-up garage, as well as extra guest parking is available in the complex.

From the lock-up garage, there is half a flight of stairs to the unit, so this unit is not suitable for wheelchairs.
