Description

This three-bedroom penthouse apartment will give you completed privacy with the best views imaginable. It is on the third floor of a popular complex on Chakas Rock main beach which also has a lovely tidal pool. From the huge patio you have uninterrupted views of the ocean and the beach.

The main bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third two bunk beds. A second bathroom with a bath and shower, services these two rooms. Two of the rooms lead out onto the balcony through sliding doors. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main- and second bedroom has air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron, washing machine & tumble drier as well as crockery and cutlery to serve six people. There is a TV and full DSTV in the lounge, which opens onto the furnished balcony where there is also a gas braai.

The complex has a lovely swimming pool area. Secure undercover parking for 1 vehicle and open parking for guests. The unit is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible as there are three flights of stairs to the unit. Access to the complex is by remote control.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own dish towels, bath towels & beach towels.
