Sleeps 6 in 2.5 bedrooms, 3rd floor, com. braai, pool.This 3rd floor apartment could not be better situated being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores, and is a walk across the road away from Ballitos main swimming beach.
The apartment sleeps 6 people in one double, two single and a bunk bed. There are one and a half bathrooms with a shower, bath and toilet in one, and a separate toilet in the other. There are ceiling fans in the lounge, main and second bedroom. There is also a free standing fan in one of the rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, iron and toaster. The dining room/lounge, leads through sliding doors onto a private balcony (with 4 plastic chairs) from where you can enjoy sea views.
The lounge has a TV with HP DSTV.
There is marked basement parking. The complex has two swimming pools, one for toddlers. There is also a big lawn for the children to play when you are not on the beach and more than enough braai facilities. The complex is secured with remote control accessed gates.
Regret, no daily service. Linen will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
