This spacious three bedroom, 2nd floor apartment is situated right on the beach. Being a top-floor unit right at the front of the complex you get to enjoy uninterrupted beach and sea views and hear the roar of the ocean.
The apartment sleeps six people in 3 bedrooms. There is a king bed in the main and second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath and a separate guest toilet. There are air-cons in all 3 bedrooms as well as in the lounge.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The open plan dining room has a 6-seater dining room table and comfortable lounge with TV and HP DSTV. A sliding door opens onto the shaded and well-furnished patio with a small weber gas braai. The patio is partially closed off to ensure that you get to enjoy outdoor living come rain or shine!
There is a lock-up garage for one vehicle and open parking for guests. The unit has un-capped Wi-Fi. The Sandpiper Bay complex is within minutes? walk of shops and restaurants. The boardwalk is on your doorstep! Sandpiper Bay is secured with remote controlled gates, and there is under cover parking available for your use. The Clarke Bay swimming beach is directly in front of the complex and is protected by shark nets and life-guards, and there is also a tidal pool close by.
A daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.
Linen will be provided, please bring your own dish towels & beach towels.
