This spacious three bedroom ground floor apartment is situated right on the beach with spectacular sea and beach views. The unit has a ground floor entrance. The front stoep area runs out on the big grass area, where there is a lovely swimming pool. This is the perfect unit for families with toddlers. The Clarke Bay swimming beach is directly in front of the complex and is protected by shark nets and life guards, and there is also a tidal pool is close by.

The apartment sleeps six people with double beds in the main bedroom and second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, as well as a separate guest toilet. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.

The open dining room with 6 seater dining room table and comfortable lounge with TV and HP DSTV, leads through sliding doors (with trellidor gates) to the patio and lawn area and then onto the beach.

There is lockup garage for one vehicle and open parking for guests. The unit is secured with an alarm system and has uncapped WIFI (5mbps). The Sandpiper Bay complex is within minutes walk of a shops, restaurants and pubs. The complex is secured with remote controlled gates, and there is under cover parking available for your use.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.
