This sunny, top floor, three-bedroom apartment is right on the beach with spectacular views. Situated next to the famous ?grannies pool? where it is safe for children to swim. Enjoy fantastic, uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean from the large partially covered balcony with built-in braai.

The main bedroom, which also leads onto the balcony, has a queen size bed and en-suite with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third has 3/4 bed. The second bathroom with a bath, and shower in bath, services these bedrooms. The unit also has ceiling fans throughout.

The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, beverage cooler, kettle and enough crockery and cutlery for six people.

The lounge has a HD LED Smart TV (with Netflix, DSTV, YouTube and Amazon Prime apps installed) and a wireless router with uncapped 100Mbps 4G / LTE connection. Please note that there is no DSTV decoder, by using your own login details you can watch DSTV now. There is a private laundry on the second floor with washer / dryer.

Covered parking is available for one vehicle, and there is extra parking for guests. There is a swimming pool in the complex, which is surrounded by an electric security wall/fence.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen, kitchen towels and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own beach towels.
