Description

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is situated on the 1st floor (ground floor entrance) in one of the most popular complex, in Chaka's Rock.

The apartment is wheelchair friendly and the en-suite bathroom has been adapted for ease of use by wheelchair users. There is a shower and a hand shower for assisted bathing. However, you will need to bring your own bathroom commode or stool.

From the large balcony you have uninterrupted and spectacular 180 degree views of the ocean, tidal pool and the beach.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and hand shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom with a bath with a shower, services these two rooms. Two of the bedrooms and the lounge lead directly out onto the balcony through sliding doors. All bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with ceiling fans.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, washing machine (in store room), crockery and cutlery to serve 6 people. The comfortably open plan furnished dining room lounge area has a TV, and HP DSTV, it leads out onto the furnished balcony where there is also a Weber braai for your use. There is uncapped Wi-Fi available for free.

The complex has a lovely swimming pool area. Secure parking for 2 vehicles (one undercover and one open). Access to the complex is by remote control.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own kitchen towels and beach towels.
