Full sea view, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, ground floor, com. braai, pool.This three-bedroom ground floor apartment is situated right on the beach with spectacular sea and beach views. The well-known grannies pool is in front of the flat, where it is safe for children to swim.
The apartment sleeps seven people. The 1st and 2nd bedrooms have a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has three single beds. There are two bathrooms. The en suite has a walk-in shower and the second bathroom has a built-in shower in a children’s sized bath. The main bedroom opens onto the patio. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, iron, crockery and cutlery. The dining room/lounge area has TV with HP DSTV and opens up onto the patio and lawn area and then onto the beach, with a gas braai. The unit also has Wi-Fi for your use.
A lock up garage is available for your use. The complex has a swimming pool, as well as communal braai facilities.
