is a TV in the living area with DSTV and ceiling fans in the
main and second bedrooms.
The dining room has a 12-seater dining-room suite and
there is a built-in bar.
All the downstairs rooms open onto a patio where you
can relax while you braai
and enjoy sun-downers.
The
large, spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes a
counter-top stove and built-in oven, 2 fridge/freezers,
tumble dryer, washing machine and microwave
oven. There is
a ceiling fan in the kitchen.
This
home is situated right by the Ballito tidal pool.
There is a double undercover parking and ample
parking space in the garden.
The entrance gate is secured by padlock.
The downstairs section of this home is suitable for wheel chairs and toddlers
and is central to everything.
