This spacious holiday house, situated right on the beach at Salmon Bay, has sea views and direct access to the beach via a private pathway. It is ideal for 2 families, with 2 separate self-contained levels and a shared kitchen.
It has four spacious bedrooms (sleeps nine) a queen-size bed in one room and seven single beds in the other three rooms (duvets provided) .
There is a bathroom and toilet on the upper floor serving two bedrooms and a shower and toilet downstairs.
There is a TV in the living area which is wired for DSTV with a dish, so please bring your own decoder and smart-card. The open plan dining room and living rooms open onto the upstairs balcony, both are spacious and comfortable and have breaker views.
The downstairs area consists of a large playroom which opens onto a patio and lawn where you can relax, braai and enjoy the sun.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge, chest freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and microwave oven.
There is undercover parking for two vehicles and space for two more vehicles in the chain-locked yard. Please bring your own beach, bath and tea towels. A daily floor service is included by the live-in maid. Beds, dishes and laundry can also be done at nominal fee.
