This spacious 4-bedroom house can accommodate 8 people. It is situated 450 meters from “Christmas Bay” well known for its rock-pools, beautiful beach and fishing spots. In the front of the house is a fenced wooden deck with a small lawn with braai facilities, making this the ideal, spacious holiday house for two families.
The main bedroom with a queen size bed is en suite with a shower in the bath and is air-conditioned. The other 3 bedrooms, each with two single beds are serviced by a bathroom with a shower in the bath. Linen and duvets are provided but please bring your own beach- and bath towels. TV with DSTV decoder in the lounge – Please bring your own DSTV decoder or card. There is no TV reception without a smartcard.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, 2 fridge/freezers, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery and crockery to serve 8 people. A Live-in maid will provided a daily full service that includes dishes and beds. Secure with burglar proofing and alarm system. Open basement parking for two vehicles with extra shaded parking. There is only a very slight sea view from the deck.
