K4 La Ballito
This
two and a half bedroom holiday apartment on the ground floor
could not be better situated. An 80m stroll takes you onto
the main beach of Ballito, 30 meters from a shopping complex
with restaurants and anything else you may need. There are
two swimming pools in the complex - one for toddlers.
When you are not on the beach you have level access
to the big garden areas for the children to play in and more
than enough braai facilities.
The
apartment sleeps 6 people, one double bed, two single beds
and two bunker beds in the small third bedroom.
There is one bathroom with toilet, bath and shower as
well as a separate toilet. Linen, pillowcases and duvets are
provided. Bring your own towels. The kitchen is fully
equipped with stove, huge fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle
and toaster, to serve 6 people. The dining room/lounge has a
TV as well as DSTV decoder but please bring your own smart
card, as there is no TV reception without it. From the lounge there are sliding doors onto a private
balcony and straight into the garden and swimming pool area.
There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the
lounge area.
There is a marked basement parking.
The
complex is very secure, with remote control on all gates.
No daily service and no pets allowed.
