This lovely second floor, one-bedroom apartment has beautiful beach and sea views and is situated right on the beach, in one of the most popular complexes in Ballito. It has a ground floor entrance.
The apartment can sleep 2 people with a double bed in the bedroom. The bedroom and lounge has sliding doors opening onto the balcony with spectacular beach and sea views. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The spacious dining room/lounge area leads through sliding doors onto the large balcony. The well-furnished living area has a TV but please bring your own smartcard.
The beach is suitable for swimming and is shark-net protected. Lifeguards are on duty. In addition, the complex boasts a beautiful communal swimming pool set in well-maintained gardens, with braai facilities. A safe undercover parking bay is provided. The apartment is very secure with movement detectors on the balcony.
