This lovely first floor, three-bedroom apartment with ground floor entrance has beautiful beach and sea views and is situated right on the beach, in one of the most popular complexes in Ballito. It has a ground floor entrance.
The apartment can sleep six people with a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds each in the second and third bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) with sliding doors opening onto the extended balcony with spectacular beach and sea views. A second bathroom (shower) services the other bedrooms. Linen and duvets are provided, but please bring your own beach/bath and tea towels. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and lounge.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The spacious dining room/lounge area leads through sliding doors onto the very large balcony. The well-furnished living area includes a 6-seater dining room table, TV and DVD player. (Please bring your own DSTV smart card.) A tumble drier is also available. Please note that this unit is a non-smoking unit and is not wheel-chair friendly.
The beach is suitable for swimming and is shark-net protected. Lifeguards are on duty. In addition, the complex boasts a beautiful communal swimming pool set in well-maintained gardens, with braai facilities. A safe undercover parking bay is provided. The apartment is very secure with burglar gates and movement detectors on the balcony.
