two-bedroom duplex is situated on the 3km long promenade,
which is ideal for lazy strolls along the beach. Although
only having side sea views, access to the beach is easy.
The
apartment has two bedrooms upstairs; both with double beds.
There is a bathroom with a separate shower.
The
lounge area with TV, VCR & DSTV (please bring your own
smart card, as there is no TV reception without the
smartcard) opens onto a private patio, and a spiral
staircase leads you upstairs to the bedrooms. There are
ceiling fans in the lounge and dining room as well as both
bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove,
fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and crockery & cutlery.
There
is a built-in braai area in the gardens. There is a lock-up
garage for one vehicle and open parking for guests.
Access to the complex is by remote control.
Linen
and duvets are provided for the beds, but please provide
your own beach, bath and tea towels
