This 1st Floor apartment has a ground floor entrance, no stairs from parking. Right on the main beach of Ballito with beach and sea views, and only 100 meters to a shopping complex with restaurants, supermarket, bottle store, ATM and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3km long promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.

It can accommodate six people in 4 single beds and 1 double bed. Top quality linen and duvets are provide, but please bring bath and beach towels from home. There are 2 bathrooms, the en-suite with a bath and shower, and the second bathroom with only a shower. The main bedroom has sliding doors that lead onto the patio.  The unit has fans all throughout the unit.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery to serve 6 people. The lounge with TV and DSTV permanently connected also leads through sliding doors onto the patio where there is a weber braai and patio furniture.

Under cover parking for one vehicle. Beautiful swimming pool with braai facilities is found at the back of this secure complex.  Access is by remote control. A daily floor service is included in the tariff, but a full service can be arranged.
