This
2-bedroom duplex apartment is situated on the well-known
promenade at Clarke Bay, a popular swimming beach with shark
nets and lifesavers, in Ballito. A tidal pool is close by.
The
apartment consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom
has a double bed while the second bedroom is divided and has
a single bed and a bunk bed. In the loft there is another
single bed. There is one bathroom with a bath upstairs.
Linen is provided, but it is necessary to bring your own
towels.
There
are good beach- and sea views from the main bedroom and the
lounge area.
The
lower section consists of an open plan lounge, dining room,
and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double
door fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle,
crockery and cutlery. There is a TV in the lounge. There is
also a guest bathroom with a shower, downstairs.
The
elevated stoep area with a sea view has its own built-in
braai and is suitable for an afternoon tan, even on windy
days. There is a lockup garage below the apartment and open
parking for visitors. Coin operated laundry in the complex.
The
La Mer block is within a few minutes walk of a shopping
complex offering a supermarket, a variety of restaurants and
shops. The
complex is very secure with electric gates. Not suitable for
wheel chairs.
