This uniquely renovated two bedroom holiday apartment is on the 7th floor of the well known La Ballito complex. Situated conveniently central to most amenities. An 80m stroll takes you onto the main beach of Ballito, 30 meters from a shopping complex with a restaurant and a couple of shops. There are two swimming pools in the complex - one for toddlers. Big grass areas for the children to play when you are not on the beach and more than enough braai facilities.
The apartment sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms, each tastefully furnished with a double bed and top quality linen. Both bedrooms have TV’s in. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower and basin. The other bedroom is serviced by a bathroom with bath and shower and there is another separate guest toilet. Please bring your own towels.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, iron and toaster, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The kitchen continues into the open-plan lounge, and provides a spacious dinner counter and extra cabinet space. The lounge is stylishly furnished and has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and DSTV decoder (please bring a smartcard as there is no TV reception without it). This area leads through sliding doors onto a private balcony from where you can enjoy the sea view or the view of the garden.
The entire unit is equipped with ceiling fans.
There is safe undercover parking and extra guest parking. The complex is very secure, with remote-controlled gates.
