This is a two-bedroom holiday apartment, situated only 80m from the Ballito main beach and 30 meters from a shopping complex with a restaurant and a Friendly Grocer. There are 2 swimming pools in complex - one for toddlers, and a big lawn for the children to play when you are not on the beach. There are also more than enough braai facilities. Due to the height of the apartment, you will be able to enjoy lovely sea views.
The apartment sleeps 4 people - one double bed and two single beds in the second bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms. One bathroom. Linen, pillowcases and duvets are provided. Please bring your own towels. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a built-in counter that doubles up as a dining room table with 6 chairs. There is a TV in the comfortably furnished lounge but please bring your own DSTV decoder, as there is no TV reception without it. Under cover parking for one vehicle.
The complex is very secure, with remote control on all gates. No daily service.
