This three-bedroom ground floor apartment with open plan kitchen/dining room /lounge area, could not be better situated. Right on the main beach of Ballito with beach and sea views, and only 100 meters to a shopping complex with restaurants, supermarket, bottle store, ATM and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3km long promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.
It can accommodate six people on four single beds and one double bed. Linen and duvets are provided, but bring own towels. There are 2 bathrooms, the en-suite with a bath and shower, and the second bathroom with only a shower. The main bedroom has sliding doors that lead onto the patio and the beach. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and all the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery to serve 8 people. The lounge with TV and DSTV, also leads through sliding doors, onto the patio with a weber braai and patio furniture.
Under cover parking for one vehicle and open parking for trailers and guests. Beautiful swimming pool with braai facilities is found at the back of this secure complex. Access is by remote control. A daily floor service is included in the tariff, but a full service can be arranged.
