The spacious dining room/lounge area has TV & DSTV and leads through a sliding door onto a huge balcony with braai facilities and patio furniture. The living area is air-conditioned.
There is a braai area and swimming pool in the complex. There is a lock-up garage for 1 vehicle + extra parking. Gate access is by remote control. Apartment is burglar proofed and has trellidors. Daily floor service included.
