This ground floor (lower ground level entrance), three-bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge area, could not be better situated. Right on the main swimming beach of Ballito, with beach and sea views, and only 100m to a shopping complex with restaurants, supermarket, ATM and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.
Sleeps 6 people in four single beds and one double bed. Linen and duvets are provided. There are 2 bathrooms, both with bath and shower. The main bedroom leads through sliding doors onto the patio. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, as well as the lounge. There is also a lock-up safe which is available for use. The apartment is equipped with a stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, snackwhicher, iron, crockery and cutlery to serve 6 people. The lounge with TV and DSTV, also leads onto the patio with Weber braai and patio furniture.
There is undercover parking for one vehicle, and open parking for trailers and guests. There is a swimming pool in the complex. A remote control provides access to the complex. Very secure with a trillidor gate at the back and a movement detector alarm in front of the unit. A daily light floor service is included in the tariff. A full service is available on request.
