This
four-bedroom fifth floor penthouse is situated right on the
beach only 20 meters to the lovely swimming pool with braai
facilities, and another 20 meters to the beach. This is one
of the most popular complexes in Ballito.
The apartment can sleep eight people
with double beds in two bedrooms, and two single beds in
each of the other two bedrooms. The main bedroom has it’s
own bathroom and another one and a half bathrooms service
the other three bedrooms. All the bedrooms have ceiling
fans. Linen and duvets are provided, but please bring your
own towels.
The open plan kitchen is fully
equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery to serve
8 people. Separate dining room with 8-seater table.
The spacious lounge area leads through sliding doors
to the furnished balcony from were you have magnificent
beach and sea views. Hi-fi, TV, VCR and DSTV in the
well-furnished lounge, but please bring your own smart card.
A daily floor service is included in
the tariff. Under
cover parking for one vehicle plus open parking for guests.
There is a communal swimming pool set in the well-maintained
garden. All
this is included in the daily tariff.
