This neat and tastefully furnished 2-bedroom duplex apartment is situated at Clarke Bay. This is a popular swimming beach with shark nets and lifesavers, in Ballito. A tidal pool is close by.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans. The main bedroom and second bedroom have double beds. In the loft is another single bed. There is one bathroom upstairs – with a bath. Linen is provided, but it is necessary to bring your own towels. There are ceiling fans in both the bedrooms.
The lower section consists of an open plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door fridge/freezer, stove microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is a TV in the lounge with DSTV (please bring own smart card), as well as a DVD player. There is also a guest bathroom with a shower.
The elevated patio area has its own built-in braai and patio furniture, and is suitable for an afternoon tan, even on windy days. There is a lockup garage below the apartment and open parking for visitors. Coin operated laundry in the complex.
The La Mer block is within a few minutes walk of a shopping complex offering a supermarket, a variety of restaurants and other shops. The complex is very secure with electric gates. Not suitable for wheel chairs. A light floor service (no beds and dishes) is included in the daily tariff.
