This upmarket three bedroom apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront. The Clarke Bay swimming beach is directly in front of the complex and is protected by shark nets and lifesavers. A tidal pool is close by. There is a tennis court and swimming pool in this secure complex. There are excellent beach and sea views from the lounge, main bedroom and the large balcony. The patio has braai facilities and is equipped with patio furniture.
