This fourth floor, three-bedroom apartment with beautiful sea and garden views is situated right on the beach and in one of the most popular complexes in Ballito.
The apartment can sleep seven people - with a double bed in the main bedroom two single beds in the second and a bunk and matrass in the third bedroom. The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath with hand shower) has sliding doors opening onto the balcony with sea views. A second bathroom (bath) services the other bedrooms. Linen and duvets are provided, but please bring your own beach/bath and tea towels. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The spacious dining room/lounge area leads through sliding doors onto the very large balcony. There is a 6-seater cane lounge set with a radio and TV in the well-furnished lounge. (Please bring your own DSTV smart card)
The lifeguard & shark net protected swimming beach is also only a couple of meters away. The complex boasts a beautiful communal swimming pool set in well-maintained gardens. A daily floor service is included in the tariff. Extended services to make beds and wash dishes, and even laundry services, can be arranged in advance with the Les Mouettes office at an extra cost. A safe under cover-parking bay is provided for your exclusive use.
