This luxurious 3rd floor, two-bedroom apartment is situated right on the beach in one of the most popular complexes in Ballito. From the spacious balcony you have fantastic views of the swimming pool, garden and of course, the ocean.
The apartment can sleep 4 people with a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath) has sliding doors opening onto the balcony. A second bathroom (shower) services the other bedroom. Linen and duvets are provided, but please bring your own beach/bath and tea towels. The unit is airconditioned.
The modern open plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The stylish dining room/lounge area leads through sliding doors onto the balcony. There is a TV but please bring your own DSTV smart card.
The lifeguard & shark net protected swimming beach is also only another couple of meters away. The complex also boasts a beautiful communal swimming pool set in well-maintained gardens. A daily floor service is included in the tariff. Extended services to make beds and wash dishes, and even laundry services, can be arranged in advance with the Les Mouettes office at an extra cost. A safe basement-parking bay is provided for your exclusive use.
