This two and a half bedroom holiday apartment on the 3rd floor could not be better situated. An 80m stroll takes you onto the main beach of Ballito, 30 meters from a shopping complex with a restaurant and a Friendly Grocer. There are two swimming pools in the complex - one for toddlers. Big grass areas for the children to play when you are not on the beach and more than enough braai facilities.
The apartment sleeps 6 people - one double bed, two single beds and two bunk beds in the small third bedroom. There are one and a half bathrooms – a shower, bath and toilet in one, and a separate toilet in the other. Linen, pillowcases and duvets are provided. Please bring your own towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, iron and toaster. Two of the bedrooms and the dining room/lounge, leads through sliding doors onto a private balcony (with 4 plastic chairs) from were you can enjoy the sea view or watch the children swim in the pool, or play on the grass. The lounge has a TV & DSTV (Please bring own DSTV decoder as there is no TV reception without it.)
There are ceiling fans in the lounge, dining room, main and second bedrooms. There are also standing fans in 2 of the rooms.
A lock-up safe is available for use in the main bedroom.
There is marked basement parking. The complex is very secure, with remote control on all gates.
