This is a two-bedroom holiday apartment and situated only 80m from the Ballito main beach and 30 meters from a shopping complex with a restaurant and Friendly Grocer. There are 2 swimming pools in complex - one for toddlers, and a big lawn for the children to play when you are not on the beach. There are also more than enough braai facilities.
The apartment sleeps 4 people - one double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. There are ceiling fans in both the bedrooms. There is one bathroom, with a bath and shower. Linen, pillowcases and duvets are provided. Please bring your own towels. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with build in hobb, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a built-in counter as well as a separate dining table with four chairs. There is a TV and DSTV decoder in the comfortably furnished lounge but please bring your own DSTV smart card. . Under cover parking for one vehicle.
The complex is very secure, with remote control on
all gates. No daily service.
