This three-bedroom, ground floor apartment (with
stairs to the entrance) is situated right on the
beach with spectacular sea and beach views. The
well-known grannies pool is in front of the flat,
where it is safe for children to swim.
The apartment can sleep 6 people with a double bed
in the main bedroom as well as the second bedroom,
and two single beds in the third bedroom. Linen and
duvets are provided, but please bring your own
towels. There are two bathrooms. The en-suite has a
built-in shower in the bath and the second bathroom
has just a shower. The main bedroom has a door
leading onto the patio. The main bedroom has a
ceiling fan, as well as the dining room.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a
stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer,
toaster, kettle, iron, crockery and cutlery. The
dining room table seats 8 people. The dining
room/lounge area has a TV, DSTV and Hi-Fi – please
bring your own smart card. This leads through
sliding doors (with trellidor gates) onto the patio
and lawn area and then onto the beach. There is also
patio furniture for your use.
A lock-up garage and swimming pool, with communal
braai facilities, is securely situated within the
complex - with an alarm system. A daily floor
service is included in the tariff.
