This 3-bedroom top floor apartment is situated on the beachfront in Ballito. The unit has lovely sea views from the patio, and two of the bedrooms. It also overlooks the complex swimming pool.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1bedroom with 2 single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a shower and a bath. The 2nd bathroom has a bath only. Linen and duvets are provided, but it is necessary to bring your own towels. All three of the bedrooms have ceiling-fans, and 2 of them open onto small balconies. There is a lock safe available for your use.
There is an open plan lounge, dining-room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for use in the kitchen. There is a TV with DSTV decoder (please bring your own smart card) in the lounge, as well as a ceiling fan.
Sliding doors open onto a lovely patio area with a weber-braai and patio furniture. There is one lockup garage and open parking for visitors.
The complex is within a few minutes walk to a shopping complex offering a supermarket, a variety of restaurants and shops. Not suitable for wheel chairs. A light daily floor service is included.
