This spacious, three-bedroom, 3rd floor apartment could not be better situated. Right on the main beach, with fantastic beach and sea views, and only 100 meters from a shopping complex with restaurants, supermarket, bottle store, ATM, etc. You can park your car and never drive again for the rest of your holiday!
Sleeps 6 to 8 people in one double and four single beds, for which linen, duvets and blankets are provided. There are also 2 pull-out beds with mattresses, but own linen needs to be provided for these. There are 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite with a bath and shower. This bedroom also has sliding doors leading onto the balcony. The other two bedrooms are serviced by a second bathroom which has a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and iron. The lounge has a TV, DVD player and DSTV (no TV reception without smart card, please bring one). This open plan area also leads onto the balcony through sliding doors. The balcony has a weber-braai and patio furniture.
There is a dining area for 4 as well as a breakfast nook for 3 at the kitchen counter.
There are ceiling fans throughout the unit.
Under cover parking for one vehicle. The complex has a wind protected swimming pool area. Access to complex is secured by remote control. A daily floor service is included in the tariff.
