apartment is situated on the inland side of Compensation
Beach Road, only 200 meters from the main beach of Ballito.
This is a first floor apartment with a ground floor
entrance. Although not having sea views, the spacious
balcony overlooks the two lovely swimming pools.
This
spacious, luxuriously furnished apartment can accommodate 8
people. It has
two double beds in the main bedroom; one double bed in the
second bedroom and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The main bedroom has an en-suite with a second
bathroom to service the other two bedrooms.
2 Bedrooms lead through sliding doors to the balcony,
where there are braai facilities.
Linen and duvets are provided, but please bring your
own towels. The
fully equipped open plan kitchen includes a stove,
microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
The living area with TV and DSTV, also leads through
a sliding door to the balcony. Please bring your own DSTV
smart card. Ceiling fans are installed throughout the
apartment. In the front of the apartment is a tropical
garden, which includes a boardwalk over a natural stream
with indigenous plants; two swimming pools, (one is a
paddling pool for toddlers). This area is always wind
protected.
Situated
close to a shopping centre.
The complex is secure with a lock-up garage for one
vehicle and open parking for visitors. Gate access is by
remote control. With
its spacious rooms, this is the ideal apartment for two
small families.
